The grading plan for our slope was the most detailed I've seen from a residential drafter. Foundation work was flawless.

SHEET H-01

Q. Does the quoted price include the structural engineer's stamp?
Yes — Tiers 02 and 03 include a licensed structural engineer's review and stamp, required for permit submission in most jurisdictions. Tier 01 (Schematic Only) does not include a stamp.
Q. What happens if the jurisdiction requests corrections after submission?
Correction cycles are included at no extra cost within 60 days of submission for Tiers 02 and 03. Our first-submission approval rate is 98%, so this is rarely needed.
Q. Can I bring my own contractor, or do you handle construction too?
Both options are available. We can hand off a complete drawing set to your contractor, or manage construction directly through our in-house build division.
Q. How accurate is the site survey, and who performs it?
Surveys are performed by our licensed survey team with a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inch, using total-station and GPS-RTK equipment. Soil boring is subcontracted to a certified geotechnical engineer when required.
Q. What file formats are delivered with the final drawing set?
Every set is delivered as a stamped PDF for permit submission, plus editable DWG (AutoCAD) files for your contractor's reference during framing.
Ready to put your lot on the drawing board?
Site surveys are scheduled within 5 business days. The first consultation — reviewing your lot, lifestyle requirements, and budget — is free.
